Disappointing. I called for the first time, wanted to establish with a new doctor and the fellow that answered the phone was abrupt and rude. He relayed their billing process and then hung up. He didn't ask if i wanted to make an appointment, which is why I called nor any other question to secure the booking. Hanging up before making it clear with the caller they have the information they need is not good service nor good manners for that matter. Go to someone else, obviously this practitioner is not aware of who communicates, and how, on their behalf.
